Japanese Chicken Skewers ​

​​INGREDIENTS

1. 2 chicken thighs, boneless

2. ½ onion

3. 30ml Japanese soy sauce

4. 30g mirin

5. 2 garlic cloves, minced

6. 1g black pepper

 

STEPS

1. Marinate Chicken​​

    ● Cut chicken into chunks.

    ● Mix with minced garlic, pepper, soy sauce, and mirin.

    ● Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.

 

2. Prepare Skewers​​

    ● Dice onion into squares. T

    ● hread marinated chicken and onion onto bamboo skewers alternately.

 

3. Grill​​

    ● Grill at 200°C for 5 minutes per side until chicken is cooked through and lightly charred.
