Black Pepper Olive Oil Roasted Potatoes

INGREDIENTS​​

1. 400g baby potatoes

2. 20g olive oil

3. 5g salt

4. 3g crushed black pepper

 

STEPS​​

1. Prepare Potatoes​​

    ● Scrub the baby potatoes clean (keep skins on) and cut into rough chunks.

 

2. Season​​

    ● In a large bowl, toss potato chunks with olive oil, salt, and crushed black pepper until evenly coated.

 

3. Arrange on Tray​​

    ● Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a foil-lined baking tray.

 

4. Bake​​

    ● Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
