2. 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
STEPS
1. Prepare Squid
● Clean the squid thoroughly.
● Score the surface diagonally without cutting through to maintain its whole shape.
2. Coat with Sauce
● Line a baking tray with foil.
● Place the squid on it and brush generously with teriyaki sauce, ensuring even coverage.
3. Bake
● Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the squid is tender and the sauce caramelizes slightly.
