Baked tomato and mashed potatoes
INGREDIENTS
1. 1 potato
2. 4 cherry tomatoes
3. 1g salt
4. 10g butter
5. 1 slice of cheese
STEPS
1. Steam Potato
● Steam the potato for 15 minutes until tender.
● Remove and cut a cross on top.
● Hollow out the center to create a cavity.
2. Hollow & Prepare
● Halve the cherry tomatoes and tear the cheese slice into small pieces.
● Stuff the cavity with tomatoes and cheese until overflowing.
3. Add Toppings
● Dot the top with butter and sprinkle with salt.
4. Bake
● Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the surface turns golden.
