Roasted Seasonal Vegetables​​

INGREDIENTS​​

1. ½ green bell pepper

2. ½ red bell pepper

3. ½ yellow bell pepper

4. 2 king oyster mushrooms

5. ½ broccoli, cut into florets

6. 6 potato chunks

7. Shiitake mushrooms, scored decoratively

8. 2 garlic cloves, sliced

9. 5g salt

10. 20g butter

11. 2g black pepper

 

STEPS​

1. Mix Ingredients​​

    ● Toss all ingredients together in a bowl until evenly coated with butter and seasonings.

 

2. Arrange Vegetables​​

    ● Line a baking tray with foil.

    ● Neatly arrange the vegetables in rows from left to right.

 

3. Steam-Bake​​

    ●  Steam-bake at 180°C for 20 minutes to tenderize the vegetables.

 

4. Crisp Bake​​

    ● Switch to bake mode and continue cooking at 190°C for 10 minutes until edges are lightly charred.
